Rare footage of train tracks buckling due to high heat and the hazard it poses when driven over. (Source)
My physic teacher actually explained this, most materials expand when they are presented a source of heat, that’s why if you travel in trains at some point you going get those bumps, those are parts that are empty so when it gets hot the tracks will be able to expand with no problemo.
This footage is only rare because people only catch’d up to this fact over try and error, but the same happens with glass windows, floor tiles, and electrical cords. So fi you want to do your own windows or floor, please, make sure is a very hot weather or place.
